Fencing in Mission

Mission has the deepest lots we work on. The old citrus-town blocks were laid out when land was cheap, and the result is back yards that are longer than anything built today — which means more linear feet of fence and a bigger difference between a good price per foot and a bad one.

Sharyland is its own conversation. The deed restrictions there have opinions about what a fence may look like, and the fastest way to waste money in Mission is to build something handsome that does not comply.
