About South Texas Fence Works

South Texas Fence Works is a local fencing company based in McAllen, working across the Rio Grande Valley. More than five years, and one trade the whole time.

That focus is the point. A crew that builds fences every day knows what the caliche does to a post hole, which neighbourhoods have rules about height, and what a Gulf storm does to a six-foot run with nothing in front of it. A general contractor who fences occasionally is learning that on your yard.

We give written estimates before any work starts, we set posts in concrete, and we take the old fence away when we are done. None of that is remarkable. It is only worth saying because enough people in this trade do not do it that customers have learned to ask.

Everything on this site is our own work. The photographs are fences we built here in the Valley, and the video is a walkthrough of a finished job rather than something bought from a catalogue.
